La Mollina is now in its 3rd year of operation and is situated in the heart of Salisbury. Flanked on one side by "Butcher Row" one of Salisburys busiest pedestrianised streets and on the other by Salisbury Market Place where twice weekly markets are held on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
We have indoor seating for around 60 and terraces on both Butcher Row and the Market Place with seating for up to 40. La Mollina opens in the mornings for coffee and served lunches through the afternoon and dinner from around 5pm to late. We are open for both drink and food and you can sit an watch the world go by with a drink or tapas too if you wish.
La Mollina was opened in April 2009 by Ali & Steve Dauwalder with the support of Head Chef Mark Stoner.
Steve has a background in the Licensed Catering trade and Business Administration stretching back 30 years, Ali has more than experience of Admin Management in the Leisure and Service industries.
Mark has grown up in the catering industry and is a fully qualified chef having worked for over 30 years in a number of reputable establishments. He heads a team of Spanish & British chefs all of whom have a passion for Mediterranean food.
All three have spent the past 20 years travelling back and forth to rural, "real" Spain studying the food and related culture & customs. They still try and get there two or three times a year to pick up new ideas and inspiration for new dishes.
La Mollina has a multi-national team of over a dozen staff who share a vast array of experience in the leisure industry.
Good Food, Good Atmosphere & Good Service is paramount at La Mollina.
